  Study and Fabrication of Sub-micrometer ISFET (Ion Sensitive Field Effect Transistors) as the pH-meter.     

  Study and Fabrication of high sensitive ISFET pH meter based on nano-porous structure on silicon.

  Study and Fabrication of Sub-micrometer En-FET with urea enzyme immobilized by physical adsorption, on Silicon for the detection of NH4+ ions.                     

  Study and fabrication of Silicon nanowire transistor.                     

  Study and fabrication of Plasma Display Panel (PDP) on rigid and flexible substrate. 

  Design and fabrication of Optical Mask Reduction Setup 

 

Summary of qualification

  Extensive Experienced in the fabrication of field effect sensors like IS-FET and En-FET.

  Extensive Experienced in the fabrication of ultra high sensitive IS-FET based on micro and nano-porous substrate.      

  Extensive Experienced in the fabrication of Plasma Display Panel on rigid and flexible substrate (PDP).

  Experienced in thin-film processes and semiconductor devices fabrication steps.                      

  Experienced in the fabrication of 3D microstructure on Si substrate using hydrogen assisted high aspect ratio etching.                     

•   Familiarity with Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS).                          

  Familiarity with some analysis methods like XRD, TEM and SEM… .

  Familiarity with fabrication of vertical growth of multi-wall carbon nanotubes (CNTs).
