Theoretical & Experimental Researches:· Novel UV-assisted anisotropic etching of a flexible substrate (PET) in presence of strong chemical solvents such as DCM and DMF. Using this technique, membranes, gears, axles, molds and motors can be easily made in micron dimensions. I have recently fabricated some gears and axles that are typically of about 300-900 micrometers size, and I am following the method in order to make an electrostatic micro motor. The final goal is to make a micro robot. · Research on BioMEMS and application of microelectronics in the medicine and healthcare. · Designing and implementation of various biomedical devices such as ECG, EEG, and ERG. · Familiar with many semiconductor devices such as nano structures, gas sensors, thermal sensors, thin film and tunneling transistors, 3D inductors for RF applications, field emission diodes (laser diodes) and photonic crystals. · Familiar with operation of various laboratory fabrication instruments. · Familiar with clean room facility. · Familiar with surface micro analyses methods such as TEM, SEM, XRD and nanolithography methods such as SPM, STM, AFM, NFSM. · Familiar with FTIR spectroscopy.
