            RESEARCH EXPRIENCE                                                                             

   Research Assistance Thin Film and Nanoelectronic Lab (2007 to date)

  • Growth of novel ZnO nanostructures on Poly Ethylene Terephthalat (PET) substrate, characterizing and using them for solar cell application.

  • Solar cell fabrication based on ZnO nanowire.

  • Investigation of  the optical, electrical, structural and morphological properties of ZnO, AZO and Al2O3 thin films deposited on PET, Silicon, Kapton and Glass.

  • Investigation of electrical and optical properties of ITO thin films deposited on PET substrate and the effect of SnO2 and SiO2 thin films and Hydrogen cold plasma treatment on the properties of ITO thin films.

  • Familiarity with clean room process and equipments.

  • Experience in operating RF sputtering , RF-PECVD, e-Beam Evaporation and RIE systems.

  • Familiarity with CVD, LPCVD and DC-PECVD systems.

  • Familiarity with characterization systems such as SEM, FE-SEM, RBS, XRD, UV/Vis/NIR Spectroscopy, ...
