WORK EXPERIENCE

July 2002-to date       Research assistant, Thin Film Lab., University of Tehran

 

-          Deriving scattering parameters of 3D RF integrated inductors by means of electromagnetic FEM simulation.

-          Working on fabrication of integrated planar passive RF inductors on insulator membranes.

-          Working on fabrication of floating fused-silica bridges to enhance the Q-factor of inductors.

-          Studying and practicing the alkali and acidic-based micromachining of silicon wafers.

-          Developing a novel technique for exclusively-wet anisotropic etching of <111> silicon wafers.

-          Practicing the recently-established UV-assisted vertical etching of PET in order to fabricate novel vertical structures of passive RF inductors.

-          Studying the effect of UV-illumination on vertical etching of silicon.

-          Assisting in a project on fabrication and characterization of SnO2-based gas sensors.
