  • Experience in growth of Zinc Oxide (ZnO) nanowires and Nanrods.

  • Experience in Design and simulation with TFCalc and essential Macleod software for Filter layer

  • Experienced with different deposition methods such as e-beam/thermal evaporation, RF puttering, RF and Dc-PECVD.

  • Experience electroplating properties of Cu and Ni.

  • Familiarity with clean room processes and equipment

  • Familiarity with growth of Carbon Nano-tubes(CNT’s) by DC PECVD

  • Familiarity with Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS).

  • Familiarity with various analysis methods of characterization: SEM, XRD, Raman spectroscopy and FTIR.

  • Optimization of ohmic contact metal films for Multi-crystalline silicon solar cell.

  • Fabrication of nano porous silicon structures by hydrogenation technique:

  • Manufacturing textured silicon surfaces by means of anisotropic silicon Micromachining.

  • Design configuration of front-end contact in high efficiency solar cells.

  • Investigation the optical, Structural and surface morphology properties of ZnO thin film on Silicon, glass, Kapton, PET,…..

  • Working on growth of ZnO nanowires as my summer internship.

  • Studying electroplating properties of Cu and Ni.

  • Research on a lateral etching of <111>-oriented silicon substrates for floating the microstructures.

  • Investigation of RF Power Effect of Al:ZnO  thin films physical properties on glass and flexible substrate.
