April 2003-to date:
Research assistant, Thin Film Laboratory, University of Tehran
The Nanotechnology Group
has been working on periodic array structures of carbon nanotubes since
2003, in Thin-Film Laboratories, providing opportunities for developing
variety of advanced technologies including nanolithography, electronic
devices, nanostructure materials, photonic crystals, and nanoprobes. The
Nanotechnology Group analyzes the growth and structure of CNTs with by means
of TEM, SEM and AFM and studies the relationships between various physical
properties of carbon nanotubes. This research has provided a series of novel
achievements including the self-defined field-emission transistors based on
vertical carbon nanotube.

Design and Setting up a DC-PECVD system.

Optimization of carbon nano-structure growth in DC-PECVD.

Novel Self-Defined field emission transistors.
