Experimental: § Extensively experienced in thin-film processes and semiconductor devices fabrication steps. § Extensive experience in Design and fabrication high efficiency solar cells. § Experience in optimized Ohmic contacts on single crystal and multy-crystalline substrates § Experience in fabrication of n-doped emitter using phosphorus for solar cell. § Experience in growth of Zinc Oxide (ZnO) nanowires and Nanrods. § Experience in Design and simulation with TFCalc software for Filter layer § Experienced with different deposition methods such as e-beam/thermal evaporation, RF puttering, RF and Dc PECVD. § Experience electroplating properties of Cu and Ni. § Familiarity with clean room processes and equipment § Familiarity with growth of Carbon Nano-tubes(CNT’s) by DC PECVD § Familiarity with Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS). § Familiarity with various analysis methods of characterization: SEM, XRD, Raman spectroscopy and FTIR. § Familiarity with standard photolithography.
