- Extensive experience in stress-assisted crystallization of Ge by means of manipulating

mechanical stress to flexible substrates.

- Extensive experience in fabrication of poly-Ge thin-film transistors on flexible substrates.

- Experience in process and device simulation with GENESISe and DESSIS.

- Experience in stress-assisted crystallization of Si-Ge alloys on flexible substrates

- Familiarity with lateral crystallization of Ge.

- Familiarity with UV-assisted Ni-MILC of Si and fabrication of poly-Si TFTs on glass.

July 2000-May 2001 Member of R & D Electronics Group, Arsh Industry Company

        - Contribution in designing and implementation of electronic boards for flame cutting

        machines (C.N.C).

        -Contribution in developing a C++ program for controlling the unit.

July 2001-to date Research assistant, Thin Film Lab., University of Tehran

        - Development of a novel technique for low-temperature crystallization of Ge films with

        small percentage of copper on flexible PET substrates by means of a mechanical

        compressive stress.

        - Fabrication of high mobility, Ultra-low-temperature poly-Ge TFTs on flexible substrates,

        by means of stress-assisted crystallization technique.

        - Studying the UV-assisted Ni-MILC of Si and working on the fabrication of poly-Si TFTs

        by exploiting the mentioned technique.

       - Developing a low-temperature stress-assisted crystallization technique for SiGe alloys

       containing more than 30 percent Si on flexible PET substrates.
