WORK EXPERIENCE
June 2001-to date Research assistant, Thin Film Lab., University of Tehran - Devising a novel technique for patterning and miniaturization of metal oxide gas sensors using standard lithography process (compatibility with standard CMOS IC processing). - Deposition, characterization and optimization of TCOs (Al doped ZnO and ITO) for solar cell applications. - Development of a CuO/SnO2 nanocomposite film for ultra-high sensitive and selective detection of low ppb H2S gas. - Study and realization of ohmic contacts to multicrystalline silicon solar cells (electroless and electroplating methods). - Fabrication of Thin Film Transistors: Transparent TFTs based on ZnO and nanocrystalline silicon TFTs. - Growth of ZnO nanowires for gas sensing applications. - Anisotropic etching of <111> silicon wafers by wet etching.
