  • Experience in growth process of Carbon nanotubes by 3 different type of

           deposition.

  • Experience in growth and characterization of carbon nanotubes Films by

           PECVD (DC plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition).

  • Experience in growth of carbon nanotubes by TCVD technique (thermal

          chemical vapor deposition).

 

  • Experience in growth of carbon nanotubes by CCVD technique (catalytical

           chemical vapor deposition).

  • Experience in design of CVD reactor for various application.    

 

  • Investigation of effects of catalysts on growth and nucleation of carbon

           nanotubes using a PECVD technique.

  • Investigation Luminescence properties of nanotubes.

  • Worked on purification of carbon nanotubes.

  • Investigation of electrical behaviors of carbon nanotubes.

          ·        Working with various deposition instruments such as e-beam, sputtering, evaporation and so on which are used in making semiconductor devices like thin film transistors, thermal sensors,  displays, etc.

          ·        Working with PECVD system

          ·        Working with CVD film growth methods

          ·        Familiar with clean room facility

          ·        Familiar with Material characterization instrumentation such as TEM, SEM, RBS, XRD

          ·        Familiar with SPM system

·        Working with Origin, Matlab, Mathematica.

·        Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.

·        Working with graphical packages such as Photoshop, Freehand and some mechanical packages like AutoCAD and Mechanical desktop.
