·  Experience in the fabrication of Plasma Display Panel (PDP).

·  Experience in the Crystallization of thin-film semiconductors, Si, Ge, and SiGe.

·  Experience in the fabrication of polysilicon thin-film transistors.

·  Experience in metal-semiconductor interaction and metal-induced crystallization.

·  Experience in the fabrication of miniaturized semiconductor- metal thermocouples on rigid and flexible substrates.

·  Experience in the growth of thin-film semiconductors, Si, Ge, and SiGe.

·  Experience in micromachining of PET.

·  Familiarity with some analysis methods like XRD, FTIR and SEM.

·  Experience in liquid phase deposition (LPD) method.

·  Experience in Optical Device Integration such as Optical Waveguide and Optical Modulator.

·  Optical Device characterization for instance Optical Isolator and circulator and Photo detectors.

·  Experience in LiNbO3 as electro-optic substrate.

·  Experience in Standardization of Iran Telecommunication (National Standardization Optical Communication Committee)

·        Fabrication of lateral pixel structure for PDP on rigid and flexible substrates.

·        Study of novel low-temperature Si crystallization methods with Ni seed and Ge seed.

·        Study of novel low-temperature Ge crystallization methods with Stress on Plastic.

·        Fabrication of polysilicon TFT’s on glass.

·        Working on Liquid Phase Deposition method.

·        Micromachining of PET.
